1Introduction & Acceptance of TermsImportant

Main 24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), a recent utility bill, or relevant financial documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Account Registration

Registering an account on main 24 is free and can be completed in under three minutes. During registration, you are required to:

• Providing an active, valid Malaysian phone number registered in your own name.
• Create a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, and address.
• Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and meet all eligibility requirements.

One Account Policy

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on main 24. Owning or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts without warning.
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings across all associated accounts.
• Permanent ban from the main 24 platform.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. main 24 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. Never share your password with anyone. main 24 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat.

4Deposits & WithdrawalsImportant

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding RM 50,000 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before being processed.
• Any attempt to withdraw before the bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5Bonus & Promotions

Main 24 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, as well as the following general rules:

• Wagering Requirement: All welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotional offer.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes fraud and will be acted upon.
• Bet Limit During Bonus: While an active bonus balance is in play, the maximum bet per round or match may be capped at RM 50 or the amount stated in the promotional terms.

• main 24 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or unreasonable activity.

6Game Rules

Specific rules for each game — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL), baccarat, blackjack, roulette, virtual sports, sic bo, and all other games available on main 24 — are as stated on the respective game pages. The general rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• Final Decision: All game outcomes, once verified by the main 24 system, are final and cannot be altered. This includes results from live sports, virtual matches, and live table games.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, main 24 will refer to the last verified server record to determine the status of the bet. Decisions made under such circumstances are final.
• Void Bet: Any bets placed after the designated betting cutoff, or exceeding the permitted limits, will be automatically voided and the amount refunded to the player's account.
• Display Error: main 24 is not liable for any losses resulting from odds display errors caused by technical issues on the player's end. The valid odds are those confirmed by the main 24 server.

7Prohibited ConductImportant

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the main 24 platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to automate any activity on the platform.
• Collusion between players to cheat the system in poker or any multiplayer game.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Modifying, copying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of the main 24 platform.
• Use of the account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at any staff member or other player.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Attempting to access the administration system or restricted areas of the platform without authorisation.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Player

You may request to close your main 24 account at any time via Live Chat or support email. Prior to closure, all active bets must be settled and any eligible balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

Suspension by main 24

Main 24 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• A breach of any term contained in this document has occurred.
• The account shows suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• The identity verification process (KYC) could not be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• The account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority exists in relation to the account.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, main 24 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the breach. For closures due to other reasons not involving a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the player.

Self-Exclusion

As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, members may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 week to 12 months) or a permanent one. 9Liability Limits

The main 24 service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, main 24 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions, device malfunctions, or hardware failures on the player's end.

Main 24's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendments

Main 24 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through one of the following methods:
